Restaurant Supervisor
The Seafield Arms Hotel are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to work with the Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated and hard-working established team at our 4 star Boutique Hotel. We have 2 dining areas within the hotel, Our A-La Carte Grant Dining Room and Bar 19 Bistro Bar.
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will
Supervise the day to day operations of the restaurant with/in absence of the restaurant Manager to a high standard. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Assist in training of staff members Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Ensure the restaurant is set up and ready for Service. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
The following skills are preferred:
Previous experience in a restaurant role. leaderships skills and the ability to work with the team. Knowledge of bar tending and culinary skills. Familiar with food and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Working Hours
5 day working week (approx. 40 hours) including weekend work on a rota basis.
