Restaurant Manager
The Seafield Arms Hotel are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated and hard-working established team at our 4 star Boutique Hotel. We have 2 dining areas within the hotel, Our A-La Carte Grant Dining Room and Bar 19 Bistro Bar.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will
Supervise and manage all restaurant operations to a high standard. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Oversee the training of staff members Complete weekly rotas. Monitor supply levels Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Ensure the restaurant is set up and ready for Service.
The following skills are preferred:
Previous experience in a management/supervisor restaurant role. Strong leaderships skills and the ability to motivate your team. Knowledge of bar tending and culinary operations. Familiar with food and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Working Hours
5 day working week (approx. 40 hours) including weekend work on a rota basis.
Rate of Pay
£28,000 - £32,000 (Dependant on experience)
