18 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor for their social housing client based from their office, but covering a number of contracts in the Midlands.
Main duties -
Supervising trade operatives on a day to day repairs Monitoring and managing resource Allocating work to operatives and ensuring works completed on time Ensure all works are carried out to the lettable standard Ensuring all works are completed within budget and to contractual standards Carry out pre and post inspections of all void works Monitoring progress of all works Ensuring a high quality of workmanship Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractors works are carried out in accordance with the work specs provided and in a timely manner meeting all contractual KPI targets Specifying of voids using NAT FED SOR s. Encompass Company change, including any training where necessary with positive attitude Ensure all clients expectations are achieved Ensure all paperwork is fully completed and submitted in-line with the company procedure Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties Monthly Toolbox Talks H&S Inspections Strict adherence and implementation of the Group Health & Safety and Environmental procedures, HR policies and procedures and all other statutory regulations Permanent position, offering a salary of up to GBP37,000 depending on experience + van and fuel card.
Experience in a similar role is essential!
