An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the councils’ Tenant and Leaseholder Services. We are an effective and dynamic department and we are looking for a Responsive Repairs and Voids Manager to join our management team.

As a critical member of the team you are responsible for ensuring the day to day maintenance services, out of hours emergency repairs, disabled adaptations and letting empty homes are delivered in partnership with our contractors.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic manager, with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, and a successful track record with contract and budget management .

This will be a fast paced and exciting role is key in ensuring this service delivers the best value for money and customer service, ensuring warm, comfortable and safe homes for our residents.
