We are currently recruiting for a Legal Resource Manager to join a prestigious global law firm as part of their London team.

This role will see you working alongside the Senior Legal Resource Manager to support work allocation and professional development for the fee–earning population in the Litigation team. You will coordinate staffing requests and act as the bridge between Associates and Partners in the firm. You will conduct weekly check–ins with the Associate population to ascertain capacity, interests, and professional development needs. You will be working on a variety of complex projects, working closely with the HR team and business partners across the firm.

The perfect Legal Resource Manager will have prior experience in practice management, resource management, and litigation. You will have knowledge of associate development, and possess strong commercial and business awareness. You will be proactive and resourceful, with excellent people management and problem solving skills.

This is a permanent position with a salary of up to cGBP90,000, excellent benefits, and a superb working environment.
