My client owns Two Small Sized Residential Homes in the Poulton-le-Fylde area with 3 residents living in each home You will work as part of an experienced team providing quality residential childcare services for children within a safe and homely environment.

Ideally you will have a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People Workforce and looking to provide the best support for our young residents, the ratio for Staff to Residents is 3 to 1 as we care about caring how it should be.

You will be working for a innovative, dynamic and service led company, we strive for service excellence by investing in our people to ensure that we are making a positive difference to the future of our children and young people we care for.

Job Details

Salary up to GBP36000 based on a Full-Time role

Sleep in rate: GBP60 per sleep

Overtime rate: GBP3 extra per hour

Working Hours: 8am to 11pm; 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern

3-4 shifts available each week.

No Experience ? No Problem.
