As a Residential Support Worker you will be working with vulnerable children and young people aged 5 to 18 years who have experienced trauma through significant abuse.

You will need:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young people) (PREFERABLE)Minimum of 6 months experience working with Children with challenging behaviourTo be patient, compassionate and have good communication skillsFull UK Driving Licence and your own transport
