What You Will Need

Minimum 6 months experience within Residential PropertyKnowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures, documentation and searchesExperience in managing own residential caseload; including but not limited to sales, purchases, transfers, mortgages, freehold, leasehold and post–completion mattersThe ability to work on one's own initiativeExcellent client care skillsGood time management skills: the ability to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and work on files in the DepartmentThe ability to work as part of a team The Firm
