ROLE: Residential Property Lawyer

LOCATION: London

RATE: 40 to 50 per hour

CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing

Please note that this position would be a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role

To manage and progress full caseloads in relation to Conveyancing mattersMatters will include right to buy, leasehold extensions, licences, certificates and general residential conveyancing, acquisitions and disposalsTo appear in court and in chambers on litigious matters as appropriateThe Person

A qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQEExperienced in independently managing a full caseload of Residential Property mattersIt would be highly beneficial to have previous local authority / public sector experienceService Care Legal also offers a 250 referral bonus!
