This is a really exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to manage a small overall good general residential care home for older persons in the Chesterfield area.

Working for a private and reputable care provider you will be responsible for managing a small to medium sized care home for older people general and dementia. The home is rated Overall Good with a good reputation with external agencies.

Management of Finances and BudgetsEnsuring the smooth running of the home on a daily basisYou will lead, motivate and inspire your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest quality, exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQCThe criteria to be successful in applying for this role:
