A leading law firm based in Leeds, specialising in property law is looking for a head of department to lead the Residential Team.

As the head of property department, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of Junior staff

- Developing and implementing the department's strategy and business plan

- Maintaining and expanding the firm's client base and reputation in the property sector

- Manage a small caseload of Residential matters

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years PQE experience in property law (residential property)

- A proven track record of delivering excellent results and client satisfaction

- A strong knowledge of the property market and the relevant laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills

- A qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
