Residential Conveyancer, Fee Earner, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The successful candidate must have experience in the full Conveyancing process from start to end.

Main Responsibilities;-

- Prepare and review legal documents related to residential property transactions

- Conduct title searches and review title reports

- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction

- Ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and recorded

- Handle any issues or complications that may arise during the conveyancing process

- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions

Essential:-

- The successful candidate must be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced conveyancing fee earner

- You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience handling your own Residential Property matters from inception through to completion
