Offering a very competitive salary from GBP30,000 – GBP50,000 for the right candidate and experience.Your main responsibility to successfully fill this position is to ensure clients receive a positive and satisfied service when managing conveyancing files certifying work is progressed expeditiously. Your caseload will predominantly consist of, sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold, along with remortgage matters. You will have a conveyancing assistant to support you in managing around 70 –90 case files.The candidateIdeally you will be a qualified solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/ or Legal Executive, you will have at least 3 years fee earning experience managing all aspects of conveyancing matters.
