We have a position available to join a well established Social Housing Contractor, who have an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis
This is to work on either window & door replacement schemes, or external refurbishment work to high rise apartments.As a Resident Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary.
Duties include:
Pre entry visits and company inductionsCollect tenancy agreement/approval formsVisiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried outAct as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may haveContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with themVisiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion datesAttending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried outMonitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issuesMonitor customer satisfaction The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.
You must also have a full driving licence along with your own transport and ideally hold a current CSCS Card.
