THE ROLE:

My client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor. We value passion, motivation, and strong client relationship skills to deliver exceptional service.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 year's experience in residential conveyancing.Expertise in sale, purchase, remortgage, leasehold, lease extension, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.PERSONAL APTITUDE & SKILLS:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organisational Ability to work independently and under pressure.Self-motivated with leadership qualities.BENEFITS:
