Key duties include:

Managing and leading a team of researchers and supporting them with their day to day Ensure the team have a good understanding of important database structures and that they are knowledge in the areas they are researching for Collaborate with the IT department to look at further development opportunities Ensure the team are delivering subscription products in a professional and timely matter Provide reports and optimise workflow practices Key Skills:

Must have 5 years of relevant research management experience Strong excel skills Confident communication skills Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage projects and teams Be able to deliver quality whilst under pressure The ideal candidate for this post must have experience.
