Research Grants Officer Job:

You will be diving into the dynamic world of medical research for a well-established charity as a Research Grants Officer. If you have knowledge in Life Sciences or have worked for a Health Charity then this would be good although not essential.

Educated to degree level Experience in grants management and peer review processes Collaborative skills, prioritisation prowess, and managing time and deadlines effectively Flexi-Grant experience would be nice to have! International travel to scientific conferences About the Job:

Enhancing research grant management processes and portfolio administration. Administer grant applications and represent the Charity at external meetings and conferences. Support the Scientific Advisory Panel, ensuring high-quality research support and impact maximisation. Grant management: Be the go-to contact for grant holders. Manage grant payments and assist with budget forecasts. Collect interim reports and assess research impact. Implement best practices and governance procedures. Maintain meticulous records and engage with the Flexi Grant system. Beyond Grants:

Contribute to the Charity's overall objectives. Represent the Charity professionally at external events in the UK and internationally Support strategic initiatives.
