This is a Braun Independent hair wand, which was working fine when put away, and a new, replacement energy cell.

After getting out to use again, although it seems to 'click', it doesn't ignite fully.

The replacement energy cell is still in the box, is full and unused.

The cell can be used on other applicable items, but the hair styler is for parts or repair.
