The Repairs Administrators responsibilities include:
Manage and optimize the responsive repairs service. Act as the main point of contact for tenant repair inquiries. Monitor repair progress and communicate delays to tenants. Ensure emergency repairs are promptly addressed, prioritizing tenant safety. Uphold a high standard of customer service both internally and externally.
The successful Repairs Administrator must have:
Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities. Flexible approach to work demands. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Possession of a full driving license and access to transportation. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 + 25 days annual leave increasing after years of service, pension scheme, opportunity for growth and development and other benefits.
