Repairs Administrator
Salary: 23k+ DOE
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Full time working hours

The Key Duties of the Repairs Administrator
Log all incoming repair requests & categorize per urgency
Create new contacts & maintain existing contacts across all relevant contractors
Obtain best, competitive pricing to rectify the repairs job reported
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors to ensure timely completion of the reported repair issues
Obtain contractors' invoices & record them systematically, ensuring they are paid from our Accounts, internally
Create & send invoices to landlords for the repairs completed, ensuring the payments are received in a timely manner
Clear any outstanding repairs at the earliest to make sure no back log is piled up, and provide tenants with effectively timed resolution for the maintenance concerns
The Key Requirements of the Repairs Administrator
Knowledge of MS Packages including Word and Excel
Previous experience within admin, co-ordination or planning
Can-do attitude to pitch in and support where required
