Informed are recruiting for a client leading an exciting Transformation Programme designed around their customers and are looking for a positive, engaging, motivational and collaborative leader to join them as a rent accountant in a newly created role that you can really make your own.
The purpose of your role will be to help establish a Rents service for an organisation that has just acquired housing stock. You will help develop and deliver rents and service charge strategies and ensure services are of the requisite quality to customers and meet legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Must Have
Knowledge - Detailed knowledge of Rents (Rent Setting, Rent Accounting/Reconciliation, Rent Recovery) & Service Charge legislation/regulations.Finance - Demonstrable commercial experience in successful financial management or accountancy.Housing - Experience in working within a Social Housing or Property function.

This is an exciting opportunity to help influence a transformation programme and the continuous development of an organisation as part of a new function to drive new levels of customer satisfaction. In doing so you will receive an initial 3 month day rate contract with scope to run, that can be offered inside or outside of IR35 depending on your circumstances.
