As a Renewals Advisor, you will provide great customer service to all our existing customers and promote our excellent product range so they can find the suitable warranty for their vehicle. Don't know anything about cars or motorbikes? Don't have sales experience? That really doesn't matter; we'll give you everything you need to be a success here we just need great people with great attitudes.

How will your time be spent?

Carrying out customer calls and contacts with day to day use of our diary and call systems

Checking and confirming all customer details and advising them of suitable products to meet their needs

You may be the first point of contact a customer has with Warranty First so first class service and a friendly manner will be essential

Qualities we're looking for:

Sales experience in a call centre would be great but not essential

The ability to handle a fast pace and rise to challenges

Excellent customer service skills

A good eye for the details

The ability to adapt to change as we constantly improve our business

To be a highly motivated individual, hungry to succeed and be the best

Maturity to deliver the behaviours expected in a positive, committed workplace

GBP30,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission.
