We are pleased to offer a new opportunity for a Relief Staffing Administrator to join our Relief department which manages our bank support workers and agency staff, on a 10 month fixed term contract

We are offering hybrid working and so the role will be based partly at our Sidcup office as well as working from home. This role is full time, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

Interviews will take place in early January 2024.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that bank staff training is compliant, payments for training undertaken are made and that bank staff are allocated appropriately to clusters of service managers.

To manage the bank refresher process including maintenance of the matrix, booking of classroom based training and communication with training delegates. To actively manage bank staff in line with the process in place to prevent working without statutory and regulatory training in place.To manage the onboarding training process in line with the process in place including recommending the withdrawal of employment offer when training is incomplete.Timely and accurate logging of training shifts onto People Planner to ensure payment to bank staff.The allocation of bank staff to an appropriate cluster of managers for the purposes of line management and shift booking.Mapping and documenting process and the sharing and support to embed those processes with all that use them.To support the resolution of invoice queries.To support services with shift fulfilment and People Planner maintenance on an adhoc and exceptional basis.To support the Relief Staffing Lead in any other reasonable tasks. A background and experience with relief/bank staffingHave administration experienceExperience of IT systems, databases and MS Office.Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance in respect of training.Able to prioritise own workload and be self-motivated.Able to communicate effectively at all levels.Experience within social care would be desirable.Experience using staff rostering systems would be desirable.
