1)REGULAR CLEANING and Ironing(upon request no extra cost)-13£per hour

This is a check-list of tasks that our clients often want us to complete:

Kitchen

-Use only fresh, clean cloths to clean surfaces

-descale taps sink

-clean microwave, extractor hood (and oven when requested)

-remove grease finger prints from cupboard doors wall tiles

-mopping floors-empty bins

Reception Areas and Bedrooms

-move clean furniture ornaments tidy vacuum sofas,

- vacuum/polish floors

Bathrooms:

-clean de-scale polish suite W.C clean tooth brush mug soap dish

-polish mirrors chrome glass polish tiles

- empty bins

All rooms:

-remove cobwebs

-clean from top to bottom clockwise around each room so that areas are not missed

-wipe down paintwork (skirting boards door frames doors windows sills window frames)

-clean blinds vacuum curtains light fittings light switches sockets

-vacuum carpets move furniture regularly vacuum edges mop hard floors spot cleaning where necessary

We require 3 hours minimum per visit

2) End of tenancy cleaning -13£per hour

KITCHEN

•Wash polish work surfaces.

•Clean inside cupboards drawers. Remove all old food stuffs carrier bags etc.and dispose of.

•Clean sink taps remove lime scale polish where required.

•Wall tiles to be decreased cleaned polished

•Clean oven defrost refrigerator removing all grime mildew food deposits washing machine inside out rubber at the door soap drawers filters dishwasher inside and out

•Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster microwave inside and out.

•Bins to be cleaned inside and out.

BATHROOM

•Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned polished.

•Wall tiles decreased,cleaned polished Bath basin taps shower fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled dried polished.

Toilet to be de-scaled brushed clean All soap shampoo etc. to be removed.

Mirrors to be cleaned polished.Floors to be washed and sanitized. If carpet floor to be vacuumed.

GENERAL

Dusting throughout including: light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting spindles banisters curtain rails wall pictures mirrors fire surround radiators.

•All light furniture to be moved carpets to be vacuum cleaned. Dust skirting boards behind furniture.

•Mattresses to be lifted vacuumed under.

• other floors to be washed using correct type of cleaning materials.

•glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) to be cleaned with window cleaner.

•Windows to be cleaned internally Windows sills wiped down.

•doors top of doors to be cleaned

•Drawers shelves to be cleared of any rubbish (newspapers and magazines etc.) and telephone directories to be kept stored neatly.

•Upholstery vacuumed cushions lifted cleaned underneath.

•wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust.

BEDROOMS

bedroom furniture/storage units will be cleaned inside and out.

Hallway And Stairs

Vacuuming of all areas of stairs hallways.Wipe skirting boards.

Dust/ Wipe lampshades light switches/ fittings.

Cobwebs on all ceilings.Cleaning windows windowsills.

Emptying of rubbish bins.

3) Spring Cleaning Service-13£per hour

Bathrooms: De-scale sanitize sanitary ware, de-scale, clean & polish bathroom tiles, thoroughly clean cupboards, mirrors etc, clean floor.

Woodwork & dusting:Damp wipe dusting of painted woodwork - doors frames, window frames inside skirting boards picture rails heating elements light switches all permanent fittings.Move move able furniture to clean behind underneath on top clean move personal belongings like books etc,clean behind dust belongings & place back.

Floors vacuum carpets throughout, vacuum & hand wash hard floors.

Windows Clean & polish windows inside & out where accessible.

Floors Clean & polish linoleum

Kitchens Completely clean & decrease cupboard drawers inside/out, top to bottom clean & polish kitchen wall tiles decrease completely clean cooker hob & extractor inside & out clean & deodorize fridge/freezer inside/out clean & de-scale sink thoroughly clean floor appliances.
