Reliable, Comfortable, Light, and Clean Peugeot Mangalloy Vintage Road Bicycle

A classic 80s French made Peugeot 14 speed ready to take you through roads. There are not many of them available in good conditions, maybe one in million. Peugeot is well known bicycle manufacturers and certainly a dominant one during 70s, 80s and even 90s. Its model is very diverse and wide, ranging from easy city bikes to absolute top level racing machines. The frame is made of robust Peugeot HLE manganese steel tubes, making it a very stable and durable base for the whole bike. As for the parts, it has been equipped with quality parts from Shimano, Nervar , Weinmann or Rigida, the parts which works in a good and reliable conditions for a long time. It is not only about being reliable, it is also about the original frame paintjob in beautiful blue colour.

The frame material is constructed of lightweight Mangalloy HLE tubing Peugeot (manganese steel - very strong and durable alloy)

The 20-inch (51cm) frame should fit riders from various heights, especially for medium height

The frame fork is build of chromoly tubing with Simplex dropouts, offers comfort and precision

The gears are 14 speed, set up with Simplex downtube shifters on handlebar style

The rear derailleur is from Shimano Altus hub: 130 or 135 mm (Shimano short cage)

and the front derailleur is also from Shimano clamp: 28,6 mm

The both V-brakes are made by quality Weinmann single pivot calliper brakes, alloy calliper and pad brakes stop the bike immediately

The bike wheels (rims) manufactured by quality Rigida; 700C clinchers with sealed bearings hubs

The tyres are from quality Michelin Dynamic Classic 622/28, 700C and good for road surfaces

The cranks is build and designed by Nervar double cranks Shimano; 170 mm; 52/42

The saddle is made specially by Synthetic leather and the seat post is not seized at all

It is unisex bicycle, can also be suitable for all genders, adults or teenagers

It is a good bike in average condition which you can use it every day for fun and light urban ride with vintage style & old world charm, so it can be a very nice Christmas present for someone who loves vintage and classical bicycle.
