Role - Reliability Maintenance Engineer
Location - Leeds/Bradford Area
Salary - GBP40k + approx. 7.5% annual bonus
Hours Monday to Friday 35-hour week with flexible working hours

Reliability and continuous improvement are at the forefront of their business and due to internal business growth, they are now recruiting for a highly experienced Reliability/asset reliability specialist to join their team working on days.

The successful reliability maintenance engineer will have the drive to deliver improvements across production lines and processes. This role provides the opportunity to develop individually and as part of a highly skilled team.
The Reliability maintenance engineer will be responsible for:
Provide technical expertise in own area(s) of specialism in maintenance and contribute to the development initiatives and projects.Design maintenance procedures and methods to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.Plan and execute site outages.Develop planned maintenance procedures and monitor performance.Improve site reliability using OEE data, run conditions and Convalis.Identify reliability improvements for CapEx Investment, including scope of work and suppliers to ensure continuous improvement. The ideal Reliability Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Engineering or equivalentExperience and knowledge of reliability asset maintenance engineeringExperience/knowledge of lean manufacturingExperienced in working with a fast paced/process manufacturing environment.
