Due to continued growth and expansion our client is looking for a highly motivated, driven and efficient Relationship Manager to join their team.

Working out of a luxury development, you will assist in the smooth running of the office and working closely with clients who have or are in the process of purchasing a luxury property.

Main tasks:

Responsible for day-to-day operations to support regular activities. Manage routine customer communication. Handling clients through phone calls, emails, whats app etc. Manage customer satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed. Meet daily call targets efficiently. Handling of all after sales customer requests/complaints/queries. Initiate calling exercises for clients based on business requirements. Upselling/Cross selling if needed. Requirements of the Role:

Strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. Hardworking, persistent, and dependable. Positive attitude, good manners, good English in writing and speaking. Understand customer needs, handle escalations. Proven Customer support experience. Track record of overachieving quota assigned. The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of nationalities and backgrounds.
