Description

An experienced, and skilled Regular Giving Manager is needed to join a specialist team for a leading campaigning and lobbying organisation that actively combat the persecution of wild animals for 'sport' in the modern world. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation where your primary focus is inspiring supporters by cultivating a sense of identity and ownership to secure regular and committed donations.

The role will be remote, but it is expected you will attend the office in Godalming at least once a month and support campaigns activities when required.

This leading UK charity established in 1924 campaigns to stop cruelty to animals associated with sports such as hunting with dogs, game bird shooting, snaring, dog fighting and wildlife crime. It successfully uses criminal investigations, campaigning and lobbying to make a difference in the UK and around the world.

Working at the forefront of the company the Regular Giving Manager has a varied role which includes effectively managing fundraising initiatives for a nonprofit organisation. This includes the implementation of engaging online campaigns with multimedia content, leveraging social media for broader outreach, optimising the website for easy online donations, and employing a strategic email marketing approach to engage potential donors. The growth and management of the company Lotto require targeted promotions, a simplified registration process, and consistent communication with participants. Expanding payroll giving involves building partnerships, educational campaigns, and streamlining processes with third-party supporters. Regular evaluation through data analysis, feedback collection, and the establishment of key performance indicators ensures the ongoing success and adaptability of these fundraising efforts.

To qualify You should be a Regular Giving Manager / Online Giving Manager / Donor Engagement & Acquisition Co-Ordinator or similar who can demonstrate:

Proven experience in a third sector fundraising roleExperience designing and delivering regular giving strategies.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.High levels of attention to detailSensitive and effective interpersonal skills able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, supporters, and other stakeholders.Able to generate solutions, analyse and understand issues and make rational judgments based on relevant information.Confident and effective communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast growing, friendly team that can offer flexible working arrangements, a generous employer contribution of 8% towards your pension scheme, discounts on shopping, electronics, hospitality, leisure and much more.
