Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ward.Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Support and educate patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.Contribute to the implementation of clinical best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.Proven experience in a similar ward-based role.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well within a team and independently.Commitment to continuous professional development.
