We are expanding our team and we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join our 50- bedded home, specializing in Dementia, Elderly and Respite care.

You will be working for Scotland's leading private healthcare organization offering specialist personalised care for the vulnerable elderly.

The Role

To provide and maintain the care of residents.Offer support to the multidisciplinary teamDelegate tasks and monitor staff member's activityCarry out all nursing proceduresParticipate in Staff Induction & Training programmes as and when required

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before you get started. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager.
