About the role:
As this is the start of an exciting adventure for the branch your key focus will be working closely with the Director to support the branch through it's first CQC registration, working to ensure the service is running in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the creation of building and developing a team from the ground up creating a supportive and friendly culture promoting excellence in performance. You will provide induction and training for new starters and monitoring ongoing performance appraisal and mentorship to ensure the highest quality care. You would be integral to growing the client base, undertaking initial assessments to determine the care needs of the individual and ascertain whether they can be met by the service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have a person-centred care plan meeting their needs and wishes. You will be required to ensure ongoing assessment, audits and spot checks are completed so that the service can continue to achieve compliance and exceptional levels of care.
About You:
Experience within a domiciliary environment NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable or a willingness to undertakeExperience of person-centred support within a Domiciliary Care settingDemonstrable and up to date knowledge of the social care sector and the social care regulatory frameworkGood commercial awarenessAbility to promote the branch and build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders through excellent customer service and positive communication.A willingness to drive change and the ability to lead and empower a team alongside senior leadership.Ambitious with the desire to support the growth and development of a brand-new serviceDriving Licence, own transport desirable How to Apply:
