Time Recruitment are selecting for a Registered Home Manager to manage a 58 + bedded nursing home which is currently rated at requires improvement. So, we are looking for a competent registered home manager who comes from a successful CQC background.
The provider has renowned reputation for consistently providing exceptional nursing dementia and palliative care to the highest standards.
The service has been operating in Kidderminster, Worcestershire area for over 20 years providing state-of-the-art accommodation and expert nursing care for both the elderly and younger adults providing care packages for dementia, palliative, physical disabilities and residential care. The Deputy Home Manager will also benefit from the most sophisticated electronic care planning systems in the country.

Registered Home Manager Position Overview
The successful registered manager will be responsible for day to day running of the home
To manager all aspects of clinical and non-clinical staff members
Manage all legislation and policy requirements
Implement new effective systems and develop current through monitoring prioritising
Adhere to the Care Act at all times
Excellent personal qualities are essential for this role, so we are looking for caring, kind compassionate Registered Manager
Maintain confidentially and data at all times
Deliver regular training to all the care team
Reduce agency spend
Ensure rigorous safeguarding policies and reporting
Ensuring all shifts are allocated in the event of absences
Stay calm and professional at all times when dealing with emergencies and staff absences
Registered Home Manager Requirements
Ideally be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin
Must have a strong clinician skill
Excellent communication skills having the ability to communicate effectively and coherently, both verbally and in writing
Supervise the creation of care plans - assessment and discharge
Fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge others
Non-Clinical Registered Home Managers will also be considered if they have previously been CQC registered.
