12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability.

Salary: up to 23 per hour / Up to 52,624 per year (based on 44-hour contract)

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to foster staff well-being and support staff development.Develop proficiency in managing a shift.Effectively and responsibly execute nursing care for patients.Conduct initial patient assessments, document needs on care plans, and plan, deliver, and evaluate care programs from admission.Maintaining accurate and complete health care records and reports Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatmentsTo be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.Benefits on offer:
