Registered Care Manager will be responsible for:

Overseeing the implementation of First Choice Home Care Policies and Procedures. Promoting and Safeguarding the Welfare of Staff and Service Users. Providing effective Leadership. Working in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users. Our ideal candidate for the Registered Care Manager role will:

Be professional, polite, and responsible at all times. Have the ability to lead, motivate and direct staff. Have previous experience of working in similar role / environment. Experienced in working in the Healthcare sector and holding a Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification. Business Driven, Motivated and Passionate about Quality of Care. A Natural networker to build strong relationship with the team. Benefits:
