The company has nurtured a collaborative and people–focused culture. As a member of the Sales Team, you will work in–field with our customers to maximise the sales of the company's products to wholesalers in your territory. When not visiting customers, you will be expected to work from the company premises in Cambridge 1 day a week, ensuring strong communication and relationships with our team. You will have a portfolio of existing customers to account manage and service, encouraging them to spend using our online platform, and you will also proactively work with lapsed and new customers to develop and nurture strong business relationships to bring them onboard as regular spenders.
This is a Full–time, Permanent position that will be Field Based working Monday to Friday (no weekends).
Salary:
GBP30,000 basic (OTE GBP45,000) + benefits
Skills Required:
Proven sales experience Good communication, customer service and writing skills. Able to communicate technical features, with good presentation skills. Excellent organisation, communication and problem–solving skills. Self–motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal skills. Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, email & internet, and CRM database Full UK driving license Area covered by the Regional Sales Manager:
