As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will have the freedom to sell the entire product range to a variety of clients, growing your sales career and earning uncapped commissions every month without the pressure of short-term KPIs. You will be given a company car, laptop, phone and iPad.
This key role mixes your interpersonal skills with your passion for sales, working in a high-tech engineering company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology, which is crucial in the Medical Sector.
The company has great relationships with current clients as they have been operating for a long time and they have offices in Europe and the US. They have over 400 products in the market and are currently expanding.
You will work independently as part of a 13-person team in the UK, covering North Wales and the Manchester area. Ideally, you will need to be an ambitious individual who can maintain and grow current customers' accounts whilst actively seeking out additional revenue streams from new customers.
You will need some sales experience, be keen to work independently and develop within the organisation. This role is lucrative with great commission schemes and offers the ability to make the role your own as you progress.
