What you ll do
As a Regional Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and onboarding care workers for various branches within your region. As a recruitment expert, the role involves influencing stakeholders at different levels to implement an effective recruitment strategy, meeting weekly hiring targets aligned with business growth. The position requires providing a consistent recruitment service, designing regional strategies, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring adherence to marketing and branding standards. The field-based role involves working from home, branch locations, and central offices, with a focus on addressing recruitment challenges in the region. You will oversee a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction activities and fostering individual development in alignment with the organisation's commitment to prioritising people.

What you need
You will have proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to identify performance improvement opportunities. You must possess a keen awareness of market challenges in the social care sector and be adept at designing effective recruitment strategies. Essential skills include interpreting and utilising data, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences, and reporting recruitment performance against KPIs. You should also have strong team management, organisational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office. Additionally, a commitment to working at the base location for 2-3 days per week is required.
