Job Title: Regional Operations Manager Security
Salary: Competitive plus company vehicle or allowance.
Contract: Full Time
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with nights and weekends as required.
Location: Based from home - Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
Your primary responsibilities will include:
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will:
Manage a regional security portfolio, working in a range of different industries, such as distribution and corporate.Report into the Operations Director, supporting business initiatives, sales, presentations, and retention of existing customers.Support our clients site security plans and strategy.Write, maintain, and test assignment instructions, risk assessments and standard operating procedures to support the staff and client needs.Manage recruitment to ensure contractual hours are fulfilled.Manage a pool of security officers which includes scheduling, holiday management, HR, training, and support.Own the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance across the various security contracts.Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation and the contracts to ensure compliance with the contract specifications.Respond to any reasonable request of the company or client.Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.Innovate and improve ways of working.
About You:
You will have more than 3 years operational management experience within the security sector.Commercially minded and understanding of P&L s, budgets, and costingsHave a good understanding of health and safety compliance.Ability to use scheduling and recruitment platforms effectively.Be a good communicator.Able to manage own workload and diary to achieve a high output Able to inspire others.Able to use IT platformsCommitted to training and developmentMust be able to driveGood understanding of HR policies and proceduresHave developed and delivered training needs and subsequent plans/training material
