Deliver training packages virtually and in person to new and experienced colleagues, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.Regularly review and update training materials to support continuous improvementAssist in the design, development, and continuous improvement of bespoke learning packages.Deliver Train the Trainer packages for Operational Coaches, Buddies & Mentors.Monitor delegate progress, providing developmental feedback to assist in their training journey.Maintain accurate training records and collaborate with the Training Support Team Person Specification:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a people-facing training role.Ability to travel across the designated region with occasional overnight stays.Experience in using a range of techniques to support training and development activities.Relevant industry-recognized qualifications and accreditations.Proficient in Microsoft Packages and systems.Ability to adapt behaviors, communication styles, and approaches for different groups.Strong administrative, record-keeping, and report-writing skills.Positive, self-motivated, and a champion of Our Client core values.Willingness to continuously develop personal skills and knowledge.
