Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the Northern Region, providing HR guidance and support.Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and talent development.Manage recruitment and retention for each site, working closely with line managers to ensure top talent is attracted and retained.Lead and support HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and culture development.Manage HR projects and change management efforts to support the growth of the business.Stay up–to–date on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.Provide coaching and support to managers on HR–related matters.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices Profile

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast–paced FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.Adept at managing employee relations issues and providing effective solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Flexibility to travel within the Northern Region as needed.Ideally located within South or West Yorkshire for easy access to the Northern Region.
