Join this dynamic organisation as their Regional HR Manager on a 12-month maternity cover.

Are you a true HR Business Partner with HR generalist management experience? If so, then this could be the ideal position. You should be a self-starter and proactive individual passionate about HR, eager to make a difference, and committed to developing a small team during the HR Manager's maternity leave. You will be developing positive business relationships and ensuring a seamless service to the business. As part of this exciting opportunity, you'll play a crucial role in managing business as usual including TUPE processes, reacting to priorities, and overseeing a range of HR projects.

Support Head of HR to develop and implement an effective HR strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm s business goals, including M&A activity. React promptly to shifting priorities and manage a diverse portfolio of HR projects. Drive HR projects from conception to completion. Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people related matters to enhance Firm performance. Manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development. Serve as lead contact for designated offices Deliver client work and contribute to staff training. You will be covering a number of regional offices surrounding the central area of England so flexibility with travelling is key but will not be every day. About you:

Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Manager/BP; professional services ideally or another fast-paced environment Proven ability to plan and deliver HR projects, including TUPE processes. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law. CIPD Qualified (not essential) Strong influencing and communication skills. Proactive, commercial, and customer focused. Ability to thrive under pressure Driving License How to Apply:
