As a Regional Business Manager in London, you'll have a key role in inspiring and motivating other consultants to cultivate new business relationships, develop and execute strategic plans and provide tailored solutions to clients. We are seeking an inspirational leader with exceptional communication skills and a vision, to inspire and lead our high performing teams in London and do this within a global organisation.

Inspire, mentor and lead teams of consultants to achieve and exceed business targets.Develop and execute strategic plans for the Midlands region that align with company goals and objectives.Maintain strong relationships with clientsProvide solutionsStay informed on market insights and industry trends, competitor activity and market dynamics.Ensure KPIs are metFoster a collaborative and posuiti9ve team culture, promoting teamwork across all levels.About you:
Proven track record and billings in IT Recruitment and managing teams successfullyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in developing and winning new business at an operational and executive level, and ensuring the business has appropriate differentiated market messaging in the context of delivery.Track record in supporting consultants at all levels to win and deliver new and existing business.Capacity and willingness to maintain links with Regional, UK and global markets along with industry trends and to act as a knowledgeable and respected SME.
