FEATURES

Flywheel

The flywheel on the JLL IC100 PRO is designed to replicate the forward momentum of a

regular bike. This is the lightest flywheel weight in our Indoor Cycling range thus far

offering a perfect entry-level experience. Bi-Directional Flywheel with Advanced Momentum Mechanism to resemble 10kg.

Direct Belt Driven

The direct belt is driven for comfortable pedaling in both directions: forward and backward.

The tough rubber belt ensures the quiet operation of this bike whilst also requiring less maintenance than

chain-driven bikes.

Magnetic Resistance

Magnetic resistance provides a challenging workout to help tone and sculpt your muscles.

High resistance is also great for fat burning. A magnet is placed close to the

flywheel which can be altered using the adjustable dial. The closer the magnet is,

the harder it will be to pedal. Magnetic resistance also provides a quieter workout than direct resistance
