My client in Ipswich is looking for a recruitment leader to join their HR and recruitment team. This role will be an instrumental position within their department and will support the manager when they are absent. This is a temporary to permanent role so will give you the opportunity to ensure this si the right role and environment for you.
Duties include the following:• To support the recruitment team in the managers absence.• Support with the recruitment of staff ensuring the correct documentation is in place and supporting with the process from start to finish.• Liaising with the finance team to input the correct payroll details.• Helping HR with maintaining compliance for candidates• Support with any queries from candidates and staff.
