We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Specialist on a fixed-term contract for a local professional service that offers a committed and supportive workspace. This role can also consider part-time hours.

The role's primary purpose is to assist long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups and help find and sustain work for individuals Actively building relationships and liaising with partners such as the Job Centre, NHS and similar organisations.

To be considered for the Recruitment Specialist, you ll require the following essentials:

Similar experience in a recruitment, sales or customer service environmentIdeally have IAG Awareness training or similar within wellbeing and mental healthBe self-motivated and target-drivenHave a passion to help others and be empatheticHave excellent communication and customer service skills Reporting to the Employment Manager, you ll also be:

Responsible for the key contacts of referral providers and ensure deadlines are metLiaise with the Job Centre to help match individuals with potential rolesMaintain a relationship within the community, NHS, Universities and colleges to maximise referralsBe responsible for safeguardingEncourage and match individuals to work opportunities, considering their capability and learning needsPromote awareness or the services on offer, from work experience, training to a paid positionEnsuring that all processes are actioned in a timely mannerAssist and attend events or job exhibitions as and when requiredUpdate the bespoke electronic system and maximises opportunities with employersGeneral administration duties This role includes travel to other sites across Nottinghamshire, therefore, you must have access to transport.

Salary & Working Hours
