Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum

Job Duties:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, utilising various sourcing methods and strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified top-tier talent.
You will provide your expertise and support, to drive forward the business' recruitment objectives for a varied workforce, building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
CIPD Level 7 or nearing completion of qualification. Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar internal recruitment role. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practises.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and build strong, lasting relationships with candidates.Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound hiring decisions.Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Thorough understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
