Recruitment Sales consultants
Basics to 35k, realistic OTE 50k
We have a number of hybrid, sales focused recruitment roles based out of our new central Hub offices in Doncaster.
The roles are recruitment sales of our industrial and commercial temporary recruitment services. We have a separate team that looks after the resourcing and fulfilment so this role is a sales / account management role only.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong client base within the industrial sector, focusing on temporary recruitment needs.
Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking and client development.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, with a focus on industrial temporary or volume commercial recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the industrial sector (or similar) and understanding of the specific recruitment needs and challenges within this industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
