Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends

- Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems
