The Job

As a resourcer or trainee recruitment consultant you will be proactive and confident in reaching out to prospective candidates by email and arranging telephone calls for and appointments for the director to meet. You will also have the opportunity to network, meet with people and undertake some marketing and business development. All business is generated by the companies managing director and you will assist him and other consultants in the above tasks, building the business over time. A very generous commission structure is an additional perk offered (see below)

Predominately office based with the possibility of remote working over time, hours can be flexible and the office is friendly and relaxed. No targets or KPIs but there is huge earning potential still

What do you need?

Previous experience isn't a prerequisite. Instead, I am looking for good workings who use their time effectively, good on email, comfortable using the phone when required, a good organiser Some previous experience in sales would be advantageous but its not essential.Self-starters, forward thinking, good time management, compassion, great listeners, comfortable on the phone and being able to read between the lines are all essential skills. If you have an appetite for success you will revel in the recruitment processes you own here, dealing with white collar candidates and clients means you are dealing with the very best in the market at all times often on an exclusive basis meaning your conversion rates will be extremely high.
