This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join a prestigious Recruitment Specialist within the Automotive Recruitment Sector, representing many industry leading companies.

Resourcer - Loughton

Salary: Basic 23,000 - 25,000 OTE 37,000

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Resourcing for all consultantsSearch across multiple job board databases for candidates using Boolean searchCreation of agency CV'sWorking on special projects with Senior Recruitment ConsultantLead Sourcing / Business DevelopmentCreate effective search Boolean strings for candidate resourcing based on supplied candidate criteriaSupport Road Ops team with General AdminAny ad hoc duties required by the business

The ideal Resourcer:

Previous experience as a ResourcerKnowledge of recruitment industryDedication and commitment with a desire to succeedIT literate and proficient in the use of the Internet, Social Media Channels, Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent work ethic and drivePrevious experience in a recruitment environment preferredExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to use own initiativeAbility to collaborate and offer new and creative approaches to work

You will be provided with full training by the Recruitment Manager, and will receive ongoing technical and soft skills training. For the right person, Theo Jones Recruitment will offer a competitive base salary with excellent benefits including a bonus opportunity.
